Roehampton University selects EvaSys Education Survey Automation Suite

Electric Paper Limited, the world leader in course evaluation for Higher and Further Education, today announced that Roehampton University, London, have chosen EvaSys Education Survey Automation Suite to manage all their survey processes. The industry-leading web based system replaces a generic online system being used throughout the organisation. It will allow the university to manage both online and paper-based surveys on a unified platform.

Roehampton has a rich history of diversity as the newest university in the UK,  created through a merging of four colleges which date back to the 1840’s. Students are taught directly by academics with highly regarded national and international reputations for their research.  

Roehampton University will use EvaSys to conduct their programme and module evaluations, overall student experience surveys as well as targeted quality and research initiatives linked back to topics identified in the National Student Survey.  Because of a low response rate from online surveys in the past, the executive team made the decision to go back to paper based in class surveys. With EvaSys the university is able to gain cost efficencies in managing paper, with the option to run online surveys where it makes sense.

Their first large-scale project with EvaSys, will be rolled out at the start of the next academic year for some 8,000 students to evaluate their modules. EvaSys will provide instant reports, including comments which will be created for all the module leaders.
