London Business School selects EvaSys for programme evaluations

Electric Paper Limited today announced that London Business School (LBS) has selected Electric Paper’s course evaluation automation suite EvaSys for use in Executive Education and Degree Programmes. LBS run a variety of highly acclaimed open and customised Executive Education courses as well as world class MBA Programmes. The Executive Education courses are generally short and run continuously over the year while degree programmes follow similar term structures as universities. LBS systematically monitors feedback from their students and corporate partners and targets a ninety percent plus response rate to help maintain the highest quality standards to match their international reputation.

Due to the variable nature of their courses and their high expectations for response rates, LBS required a course evaluation system that could manage multiple course types and time periods for paper and online surveys and most importantly provide instant results with a wide selection of reporting features. Previously, LBS used a mixture of manual data entry, outsourcing and externally hosted generic online data capture tools. The challenge was to find a system that could meet the needs of all departments, accommodate the variety of survey methods used and exceed expectations. Following extensive market research and thorough testing period, LBS selected EvaSys as their solution.

LBS implemented EvaSys for course evaluations across all departments in order to utilise the extensive reporting features. This includes tutor reports per session on top of instant feedback reports for the course. They have also commissioned a PDF plug-in to enhance reports and match corporate branding.
