Architecture of the solution and its components

The EvaSys server forms the core of the EvaSys qm|Clinica solution. This is usually an independent machine, which can be accessed via intranet/internet as an application and database server. The central document reading components are stored here too.
A scanning station is connected to the server, which, as a "one-button" solution, simply scans in batches of documents and forwards them to the document reading process. In groups of clinics, several such scanning stations can be set up. Users are determined in advance and operate the system using a web browser, available everywhere, and Adobe Acrobat Reader®, to accurately print out forms.
For more advanced evaluation of data, the statistics software Sphinx is available.
