Before collecting data systematically with EvaSys qm|Clinica, the system is customized to your individual requirements.
Once your organizational structure has been determined, web-based design modules process question libraries, survey tools are defined and their usage specified. User groups and access rights are created, accounts opened for users, and folder structures and partitions are created.
Reproducing your organizational structure
Whether a QM manager in a chain of hospitals, in a clinic or as a QM representative in an affiliated institution or department: you can set up folder structures and name your surveys according to your own criteria. You can create whatever structural features you may require on the questionnaires, enabling the subsequent evaluation of different groups.
Designing your own questionnaires
Questionnaires can be developed for any variety of purposes. The web-based designer is so intuitive to use that even untrained personnel can create machine readable questionnaires within 20 minutes. As well as single and multiple-choice questions, graded questions are also available, with response scales from 2 to 11 points, and, where necessary, the option to abstain. Qualitative elements are acquired in your survey through open questions.
Survey instruments that you may have used in the past can either be reconstructed or adopted in their entirety by Electric Paper (including design and corporate identity). In addition, survey instruments of external service providers which you may wish to continue using, can also be implemented, enabling you to integrate external data and makes external benchmarking possible.
The foundations for a solid start
The system is delivered with a library of questions for patients and employee surveys, for confessional and non-confessional organizations (the library is based on the guidelines of the Joint Commission (JCAHO). In addition, there is a questionnaire for the evaluation of meals.
