Phase 4: Reporting

Phase 4: Reporting

For advanced reporting, data can be aggregated as required, or separated into subgroups.
The integrated statistics tool “Sphinx” enables bi-variate and multi-variate evaluations, cross tables and much more. With just a few mouse clicks you can generate expressive overviews which you can apply to any subgroups you wish – one click is enough. In this way you can create individual department and ward reports in no time at all. The inclusion of tables and graphics in Office applications is simple – e.g. for your quality reports.

Should you use survey instruments regularly, optional QM overviews with traffic light icons provide you with a rapid summary – so-called quality guidelines help to define an expected minimum quality so that specific intervention is easily recognized.
EvaSys qm|Clinica is an open system: enabling you to process other data, e.g. in SPSS or Excel.

For licensed survey instruments from commercial providers, EvaSys qm|Clinica can also print out reports in which comparisons to other institutions are made visible (external benchmarking).
