More options in survey methods

There are situations where the results of a survey need to be referred back to each single participant. In EvaSys V3 such non-anonymous surveys are now available: organizational and personal data can be imported and embedded in the questionnaire. In this way, new surveying methodologies such as panel surveying for ongoing surveys of a particular target group, are possible. Also, surveys at an organizational level where recognition of responses is necessary, are an option.

With EvaSys V3, non-anonymous surveys in EvaSys are made possible. With this, special survey projects such as 360°-Feedbacks or student-parent-teacher surveys can be conducted. Also, the multiple surveying of the same participant with individual recognition of the results, is conceivable.
This functionality was achieved utilizing an extended archiving function for the integrated statistic module Sphinx. In this way, serial exports of multiple questionnaires are  possible simultaneously. The data is written to a single target file and evaluated as a pool.

An interesting way of motivating “survey-tired” participants is by sending the results, which are available immediately, to them.
Participants of online surveys can access the results directly. In non-anonymous surveys, participants of paper based surveys can also receive results – in this case via e-mail. In universities, the use of this function can depend on the regulations pertaining to evaluations.

In Version 3, several functions for more comfort and even more options in evaluation have been added: creating dynamic sub group reports, trend graphics and in particular, an even stronger connection to the statistic tool Sphinx, to name but a few. Above all, the stronger integration of Sphinx improves import and export abilities greatly. Moreover, user specific report templates can be embedded in Sphinx, which can then be combined again and again with exported data and printed directly with just a few mouse clicks.
