The preparation is characterized by the following phases:
- Choice of process
The choice of complete process decides the demand for interaction and work in relation to the target service.
From the central pre-defined standard questionnaire to the instructor compiled individual questionnaires, all varieties are covered. - Import of courses
The necessary files are transmitted from a CSV or alternatively a XML interface directly to EvaSys from existing seminar administration programs like SAP, HIS, LSF or other similar programs. - Construction of questionnaires
After the creation of the questionnaires using a professional design tool or, alternatively, a simple to use web mask, evaluation rules for the questionnaire are defined. This applies to specific forms of report for special target groups, quality guidelines, or data for norm comparison, which should later be used in every survey evaluation.
