EvaSys Decentral Evaluation

This variant of EvaSys is geared to let the instructors themselves carry out the evaluation of courses. User accounts, to which only the instructors themselves have access, are activated for this. The user accounts allow new questionnaires to be created, and existing questionnaires to be expanded - these can then all be used as surveys.

EvaSys Decentral Evaluation is characterized through the following differences to the two other system variants, "EvaSys Central Evaluation" and "EvaSys QM":

• No central access to the evaluation results for the instructors
• No comparability with surveyed data
• Evaluation data stays solely in the hands of the instructors
• Only anonymized faculty averages can be called up
• No central process control functions at all  - for example, mail merge of questionnaires, creation of surveys
