Phases of evaluation withEvaSys
With EvaSys the evaluation process is best described in five consecutive phases. These phases are the basis for successful measurement of quality in a continuous improvement process.

The phases are:
Phase 1: Preparation: In this phase the user maps the organisational structure and survey management process, creates questionnaires and implements quality guidelines.
Phase 2: Survey: With just a few clicks users are able generate surveys with little or no training for paper-based surveys that translate automatically to the web for online evaluation.
Phase 3: Capturing & feedback: Instantaneously after the questionnaires are scanned or completed online the data is available for analysis. Data can be captured from online users anonymously with secure one time passwords as well as collected from across the organisation in distributed scan stations for paper. Once the data is received, automatic PDF reports with report with detailed histograms, quality traffic lights, profile lines for comparison and image clips of hand written comments are sent to predefined recipients.
Phase 4: Analysis: selected users will then have access to further analysis tools. Using the Report Creator function, hundreds of customisable reports can be made using demographic and historical data as well as internal and external benchmarking. For more advanced statistical analysis the user can export data to SPSS or Le Sphinx.
Phase 5: Quality management: EvaSys provides powerful visibility for quality management to instantly identify areas of concern. Quality guidelines and quality views offer the user a quick overview of a large number of individual survey results.
