Enterprise Feedback System: applications in distributed environments
EvaSys Education is scalable to address the needs of the entire organisation. Through the comprehensive process, feedback and transparency is cultivated, creating a baseline for improvement in overall organisational quali
- Centralised data storage - distributed access: Complexity and divergent approaches to research and evaluation is a common problem in large organisations. Because collected data and the resulting reports and analysis are not managed centrally, vital knowledge is quite often inaccessible. Using EvaSys as a central data repository streamlines knowledge transfer and encourages a culture of feedback, promoting exchange and dialogue throughout your organisation.
- Organisation structure mapping: EvaSys allows you to classify your survey projects within a framework of departments /Instructors, and courses or seminars. An active user can also have their own folder to organise surveys and collect data for reports.
- Access distribution: Large organisations may add multiple administration access, allowing for autonomous departmental use. A subset can maintain separate users, roles, questionnaires, quality guidelines and even the corporate identity such as colours and logos if they so choose.
- Roles: An administrator or sub-administrator is responsible for assigning projects, access rights, roles, questionnaires and quality targets to one or all sub-units. As a lecturer you can create a central survey instrument individually. As a department head or dean, you can view approved surveys in your sub-unit as well as see and comment on QM sheets. As an examiner, you can create paper-based multiple-choice exams. As a report creator, you can cross-compare reports and profiles.
- Distributed scanning: The bigger the organisation, the harder it is to organise a speedy flow of paper. With EvaSys you can scan to your central server using multiple scanners- be it in different facilities or other locations.
