Exam solution EvaExam
The EvaExam extension has been designed to manage paper based multiple-choice exams. EvaExam can be used directly within the web-based evaluation system, EvaSys.
All faculty members that are provided with access to EvaSys can create and mark exams. The EvaExam process is very similar to creating EvaSys surveys therefore instructors do not have to undergo additional training to use the add-on.
Single, multiple-choice and open questions can be posed in the exams. The completed exam is then made available as a PDF file.
If the exam contains open questions, they will initially be evaluated by the instructors and the marks for these questions will then be indicated on the exam sheet. Next, the completed exams are automatically scanned and made available within EvaExam. Using a web-based correction module, all ineligible replies can be corrected if necessary.
After completion of the exam process, the results of the exam report will be downloadable.
