Integration with LMS
EvaSys now has the ability to connect to various management seminar programs, student portals and other applications, thanks to its new SOAP-based application programming interface (API).
The API allows you to control an EvaSys system for data exchange and automatic transactions triggering. Workflows can therefore be controlled from another system and started automatically.
The management of units, users and surveys may be launched from other applications. Similarly, EvaSys evaluation results can be retrieved from other applications.
Application Integrations make sense when survey user data or statistics need to be controlled from the outside. An interface for learning, information and management systems will enable, for example, direct entry of online surveys into a portal. Online surveys can then be shown where potential participants will most notice them. Once a participant logs in, the system checks whether an EvaSys online survey is available. The survey can be immediately opened and completed through the portal.
By returning to the portal the data will be updated and if the survey has been completed, it will no longer be available.
In addition, many more integrations are possible. Even individual workflows can be mapped within the API.
