Phase 2: Implementation of the survey
Whether you need to carry out a few dozen, hundred or even thousands of surveys: EvaSys takes care of the generation, production and distribution of individualised questionnaires, thanks to the automated series of procedures involving minimum effort.
Generating surveys
You decide which questionnaires are used for which classes and EvaSys generates the corresponding questionnaires in a PDF file. Each survey can be created instantly as online or as paper based. It is also possible to combine the two methods in the same administration.
Paper based surveys
For the production of paper questionnaires the system generates a PDF print file for all pending surveys using a series print function for in-house printing. EvaSys also provides the ability to instatly distribute personalised PDF print ready templates directly to lecturers so they can print them out themselves in a distributed environment. No special scanning paper is required, questionnaires can be printed on plain paper.
Online surveys
For online surveys there is a choice of PDF or HTML format. In HTML the survey can be adjusted to the corporate design of the organisation. Conditional branching can be set to allow irrelevant questions to be skipped. Individual TACs (Transaction Codes) ensure that only authorised users may submit the survey. With the time control functions, online surveys can be carried out very conveniently: from launching the online survey, sending the TACs, sending a possible reminder mail, to closing the survey, everything runs automatically.
Evaluation of modular courses of study
For the evaluation of module-based curricula and courses, EvaSys provides an option in which several surveys on individual classes can be combined into one questionnaire, thus significantly reducing the individual number of records required. From this, reports are generated both for the module as a whole as well as for individual classes.
Integration of individual survey requests
If they so desire, teachers may add their own questions to their evaluation sheets – with no extra work for the administrator, thanks to the web-based registration template. EvaSys then automatically integrates the questions into the survey instrument.
