Architecture of the solution and its components
The EvaSys server forms the core of the EvaSys Healthcare solution. This is usually an independent machine, which can be accessed via intranet/internet as an application and database server.
The central document reading components are stored here as well. A scanning button is linked to the server, which, as a “one-button” solution, simply scans in batches of documents and forwards them to the document reading process.
In groups of clinics, several scanning stations can be set up. Users are determined in advance and access the system using a web browser which is available everywhere. The system utilises Adobe Acrobat Reader to accurately print out forms, for more advanced evaluation of data, the statistics software Sphinx is available.
