Conducting surveys with EvaSys Healthcare is based on the six-sigma Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle used in quality assurance.
You can create specific surveys and capture data, on paper or online. Paper data is automatically captured via a scanner while online data is collected at the moment of completion. Both sets of data are transformed into useful reports, effectively supporting your analysis and evaluation of results. Interventions can be monitored by control surveys, creating a cycle of continuous improvement.
