Phase 2: Conducting surveys
In the second phase, surveys are conducted.
Your prepared questionnaires are complemented with individual details such as title and point in time of the survey and possibly pre-filled with information such as department or ward structures. This is of particular benefit to subsequent evaluation.
The questionnaires are optimised for automatic data capture using EvaSys Healthcare. Field properties for statistical analysis are also stored automatically.
The finalised questionnaires are available as PDF files and are printed locally and distributed to the participants. With just a few mouse clicks, online questionnaires can be created in the same way, e.g. to offer general surveys through the hospital web site.
