Phase 4: Reporting
Instant report
A few seconds after scanning in, an immediate report is generated. The PDF reports display an overview of all the questions asked in the form of histograms, bars and line diagrams and where practical, with standard deviation and mean values (or medians and quartiles).
Response to open questions are listed as image extracts or sorted by questions and itemised categories.
Advanced reporting
For advanced reporting, data can be aggregated as required, or separated into subgroups. The integrated statistics tool „Sphinx“ enables bivariate and multivariate analyses, evaluations, cross table and much more.
With just a few mouse clicks you can generate meaningful overviews which you can apply to any subgroups you wish. This allows you to can create individual department and ward reports in no time at all. The inclusion of tables and graphics in Microsoft Office applications is simple - e.g. for your quality reports. Should you use survey instruments regularly, optional QM overviews with traffic light icons provide you with a rapid summary. The quality guidelines help to define an expected minimum quality so that specific intervention is easily recognised.
EvaSys Healthcare is an open system enabling you to export data to other systems for advanced statistical, e.g. SPSS or Excel.
For licensed survey instruments from commercial providers, EvaSys Healthcare can also print out reports in which comparisons to other instituions are made visible (external benchmarking).
